Resources — does anyone know of a good resource to consult?  So far my father's taking on risk to expand , loans, with no guarantees from the capitalists.

He's even taken them a prototype model with no copyright or legal ownership established,.  they could even simply claim it's theirs now?…  SMH, who knows…

So this particular capitalist seems old and genuine and is doing this for his own son actually…  Everything seems on point but I got to move beyond nods and handshakes if possible.

Any entrepe-manures in here by chance?
