[#5992]

okay so I’m thinking about popping vits again and starting to get back in that part of my life that I left long ago. Now I don’t even remember wtf I was taking as it was like 10+ years ago, so now I’m on the hunt for a good daily multivitamin with the following below:

vitamin B complex,
vitamin C,
vitamin D,
calcium,
magnesium,
copper,
iron,
potassium,
folic acid, and/or
essential fatty acids

Price isn’t an issue, as I know some of these get expensive.

Thanks guys

It has been clearly demonstrated most Americans get all the nutrition they need through diet, but if you have health issues, are pregnant or are drinking a lot etc. a regular multivitamin like Centrum or the generic equivalent will fill in any gaps.  Generic vitamins are pretty cheap and you can find organic ones if that is better for you.

In fact, the real issue in the U.S. is there are a lot of people who just don’t have enough calories or protein in their diet–yes, it is obscene to think how many Wal-mart executives are billionares while people go hungry in the U.S..  There are a lot of people worldwide who could use a bite of that sandwhich too.  There is absolutely enough food and resources to go around in the world–we just have to get it to the people who need it.

I checked some of the mega man but what I’m needing is mind, nervous system n heart. Nothing for losing weight or diets, just something natural for depression and I know I feel weak inside(nervous system) shut down for 2 weeks now(wont get into all details/sypms) shit is crazy so trying to get back healthy n on track..

I think its better to by the exact vitamins you want. Multivitamins aren’t as effective imo. e.g. if you are suffering from depression caused by low Vitamin D levels, you would take a high strength Vitamin D. If you are feeling run down you take Zinc for immune system support and a Super B for energy. Multivitamins are also a good target for some weirdo to molest the pills like the Tylenol with arsenic scenario  years ago. For this reason, I tend to keep myself and my family away from any consumables that are mass produced right down to organically grown meats and veggies.

Yeah burn, after looking around I haven’t found anything in mutli’s that has that and others that  I’m looking for. Nervous system, mind and brain really. Heart I guess too lol    I use to just have prob 20 diff vits back in the day and did it that way and guess I’ll have to do it that way again, just thought by now something should have all that good stuff in it.    I don’t drink coffee anymore of cokes in mornings so water or milk is my wake up so why not pop vits again for that natural energy..

When i use to spend most my time lifting/nutrition and not smoking weed all day out of all product supplements i used that accually did not seem like bullshit is.

Green powders. Basically a supplement that will compine high nutrient foods/minerials from kelp, seaweed, wheat grass, spirulina, alfalfa, and whatever there some great products.

Get a good fish oil a high extract one that has just the good shit and double up. Fish oil works for everything can even help some with mood if there that drained.

Green Tea Extract is a good cheap way for added benefits.

Green Products alfalfa kelp seaweed type products in powder

QUALITY fish oil will work for everything use double what avg bottle says imo.
