How are you people able to not take t breaks? After about a week or so of burning anything im not able to achieve any effects. Stone cold sober even after a blunt of the highest potency shit available. Lucky you guys i guess. I suppose ive always been like this because i remember it being the same way with weed back when i smoked that.

Burn less than once every two hours.  Start at low or mid strength and only take one or two hits per session.
I don’t see how it would be possible to gain much of a tolerance if you do that

You can build a huge tolerance smoking once every 2 hours.

I’m on a break right now, but only until a fabulous package from Pebz shows up in my mailbox… 🙂

As usual, everyones’s mileage will vary when it comes to magic sprinkles.  In general, however a week will usually clear out the tolerance and certainly a two week tolerance break from magic sprinkles will do the trick.  For MJ you need a 2-4 week break to really get things back to baseline, and if you are a daily heavy user of MJ products and you really want to have a base line reading, you need to abstain for a few months.

Withdrawl from sprinkles or mj was formerly described as psychological but nowadays it is more accurately described as mild.  One can expect some (or none) of the following symptoms, depending on the level of use and the individual: irritability, nausea, sleep disturbance, lethargy, lack of appetitie, nervousness, cravings.  The longer the abstinence, the milder the effects of withdrawl become.

Stopping caffeine was far worse for me.  Caffeiine withdrawl is uncomfortable, with lethargy, sadness, irritability, digestive issues and cravings.  My advice: don’t become a mountain dew abuser when you are working day and night for weeks on end–the inevitable crash is uncool.  I can only imagine that speed, alcohol or opiate withdrawl must be a living hell.

Avoid hell on earth kids, don’t get involved with the hard stuff.

Opiate withdrawal was the worst thing I ever experienced next to Benzo withdrawals

True about caffeine. They can have my coffee cup after they put a bullet between my eyes and pry it from my cold, dead fingers.Until then, I’m a happy, wired camper.
