Amount used for Tea: 400 milligrams which Is supposed to be a medium dose! Using my new Milligram/Gram scale I bought on Amazon which was very inexpensive but A nice little scale regardless of price! Kanna is a natural antidepressant which I have tried before, insufflated last attempt, and dang that
worked way faster, and way more intense, but dam my nose burned bad, so now since I am older
I decided to take it easy and make a tea out of it! LOL
