Method of preparation: Lightly boiled filtered water < Zero Water 5 Stage water filter pitcher system> The reason I mention the water being filtered is because I watched a video on you tube from an owner of the company which sell’s Immortality Brand Jiaogulan  tea. And he stressed filtered water must be used regular tap water is not going to cut it! Same thing I do with Kratom leaf tea, if the water is not filtered the tea comes out wrong! Ok so I put a heaping teaspoon in and poured lightly boiled water over the leaves let that sit for 5 minutes. Then I used my metal mesh strainer , and strained the leaves and ended up with a cup of liquid.

Amount used for my first try? A heaping teaspoon

Taste/Appearance of tea when in the cup? A light green to slightly golden color! Taste is a little sweet but not too strong, more light than anything. A strong earthy taste, bitter yet a little sweet. Compared to Kratom tea it is not easier to drink than Kratom crushed tea but not harder

Experience: Felt effects in 5 minutes. It made me hotter than usual. It is hard to explain how this effects me but it is there and so far I am feeling great! A lot better than before I drank the tea. Ok now about 30 minutes in I can still feel a kick of energy! A pronounced feeling for sure!
