Well like the title said I have court. I violated my probation by getting locked up for Parafernalia. Right now I have court for that charge not for violating my probation. What do you guys think they will give me or do to me? I screwed up though… 🙁
Hope my probation officer lets this one slide. I never had caused any problems earlier in my probation so I hope she gives me a chance.

Ouch, in my experience. I had a year prob and on my last visit, they got me for "violating" it and I was locked up for over a year on my last fucking PO visit.
Considering you were on probation, what type of probation? Governable or ungovernable? Was it for 6 months or 1+ and what for?

That sucks man 🙁 but good luck in court, hopefully they do give you a second chance. If it was only paraphernalia then hopefully they won’t fine you too much if they do decide to give you a fine.
It’s sad that the fucking government gets in your business just because you have a pipe on you. I almost got charged with paraphernalia on my 18th birthday along with an underage drinking charge. Thankfully they dropped it, otherwise I would have had to pay up to $200 in my state. But seriously, WHO THE FUCK CARES if you have a smoking pipe on you, IT’S A FUCKING PIPE not a gun! And even guns are legal to posses with a license. I can’t help but get pissed off at the government for doing shit like this. It’s not fair, it doesn’t make ANY sense, and we have better things to do than get people in trouble for having a pipe or even a bong on them. I can carry a baseball bat around with me without getting in trouble as long as I don’t use it to harm someone so why can’t that be the same with all non-lethal things?
If this bull shit keeps up I’m going to have to move to Amsterdam where people got their priorities straight. I hate our government for bullying, spying on, killing, stealing from and taking away rights from all of us. It’s not right.
anyways sorry to hijack your thread for ranting purposes but I just got in trouble for "smoking weed" and I’m pissed off since I wasn’t and my University won’t pay for a drug test to confirm. They just go off of my RA’s word and that’s enough proof for them since it’s not going to court.
