Just an FYI. You are correct that they cannot legally search you without a warrant, but they can detain you almost indefinitely. If you refuse a search while they are detaining you, then that will give them all of the ammo they need to obtain a warrant from a judge. They will simply make you wait while they get the approval for a warrant, and then they will search you anyway. You may be able to fight it later on by claiming they did not have adequate probable cause, but always keep in mind that judges tend to side with the cops as a general rule. A risky game at best.

Also, sometimes they screw up (or just don’t care) and search you without a warrant as Mattynugs described, but you will still go through a crapload of BS and money trying to get it thrown out. Best to hide your stuff very well if you have to travel with it or not have it with you at all.

I got searched for no reason never consented to a searched got patted down and the officer "GRIPPED" my pockets and  asked what was in there I said a cell phone my cell phone charger and sour patch kids. He then ripped thw bag out of my pocket which was a half o and when it went to court my lawyer ripped that pig a new asshole but ill tell you it cost me 3, 750 to hire him but all the charges got dropped under terry rights the illegal search law. Lol the judge told the cop how did you know it was marijuana? The cop said " I been a officer for 15 I know what a marijuana bag feels like." The judge then said " so you suspected the "vegatable like" substance in his pocket was marijuana?" Lol they are really only suppose to search you to see if your armed and that’s it. With an aggressive defense attorney illegal searches get thrown out. And I even live in a faggot ass common wealth state. Gotta pay to play though. I completely agree. Lawyers are not all created equal, and you do not always want to go with the cheaper option. You definitely want a lawyer who is willing to go to the mat for you, and it should be someone that will give you multiple options with potential/probable outcomes. Folks like that tend to be $$$ though. Good luck!

this is quite true. I was arrested after cops busted a party I had left busted my lock box busted open with a hammer and ice pick. Contents were searched and I was arrested. Now it was not in plain view asb i hid it before I left. Never marandized and held without cause ie I was not under arest but was in cuffs until they lined kids up and tried to get one to flip. One kid who ran got caught days later and rolled after I was charged. They even went to my ex trying to get her to rat me out. It cost me 5 large but a class 2 feloney was dropped to possetion. 

That sucks a lot, I had friends back in the south who were spiceheads and gotten caught and they had laws against it strictly in our county but they’d always let them out with a warning out of court whenever it was the potpourri/incense blends for some reason, I think because they got it all at little gas stations/smokeshops.
Be very careful which individuals you drive with and what you keep in your car! This military state can search our cars at any time, they already completely ignore some of our inalienable rights.

Hope everything becomes better in your side of the police state on these terms, it sucks they always confiscate it. I’ve had a friend who had his RCs confiscated for no reason and he never went to court for it, just for having them in the car.

it will take him a month or 2 to get shit in the mail that’s how you know you been charged. If he hires a lawyer they can call the police department and ask whattheir client is being charged with but that’s not a good idea cause then most likely they will charge him with the blends

Well they wrote me up only for speeding ticket but confiscated about 18g worth of pebz prizes and about ten g from a member who prefers to stay anonymous. But there is nothing on ticket about it. Just a basic speeding ticket they told me to call an set up court day or just pay. So does that mean cop gonna keep my blends unless I try to bring to court? Or can he be fucked for taking my shit wihout putting on tticket

if he did not charge you with it he can still confiscate if it is illegal or unknown substance.

So would it be good idea to pay ticket skip court and hope nothing about blends gets brought up
