Pulling you over for speeding doesn’t give them content to search your vehicle.  From what I’m aware of that’s not probable cause for a search. Hire an lawyer if they try to charge you for it! Especially if it was all in different bags they might try to get you for PWITD which a public defender won’t be able to do much

thanks for the tip matty, but my buddy was drunk and saying stupid shit, I woulda searched too if I was cop, my buddy doesn’t know how to play it straight in timers of need.

Although he was a passanger saying stupid shit that still doesn’t give them a right to search fucking cops are dicks. I was a in a vehicle got ripped put and searched with a ounce of bud on me and my lawyer got everything dropped because of it being a illegal search cops know what they are doing is illegal they don’t care because half the time people go in court with a public pretender (LOL) or a lawyer that sucks. If you do get charged with it consult a lawyer asap because they treat blends like crack now

A cop rolled up one me and a buddy parked in a apartment complex three years ago, I had weed broken up on my lap, about a gram in a small sack, plus he had just cut a fresh blunt open with the guts on the outside.

The cop rolled up and confronted us about the smell of marijuana, he demanded answers as to why it smelled like that.  We didn’t give a great answer, saying we didn’t have any on us and we did not smoke any before getting in the vehicle.

As the cop was driving up behind us in the lot I stashed the drivers manual booklet with weed broken on top of it under the seat plus the little small dime bag, and the cut open blunt.  All I could think of in the small time frame. 

Cop said he had the right to search because of the smell and was being a total dick so we my buddy had to let him in.

He searched, searched, even brought in another pig to look, they looked upside down, around and then some.  They looked through my gym bags, books, accounting materials, everything, even found some weightlifting pills I had, that really freaked em out!

But they found no bud and it was right in front of them, it was right under the seat, although it was kind of hard to see, I still would of found it easily as a cop.

We got away nice that night, wish that would of happened to you Adam.

wow, what a dick thing to do…. Next time tell the pig that you refuse their request to search and if they ask why then tell them that you have a right to privacy that they are trying to intrude on.

Also, next time store your blends in a spice container and they won’t look twice

Refuse the search-if all you have is blend–make the mf’er bring the friggin dogs out-most dogs only hit on the substrate not the chem-(in my neck of the woods anyway) and possession of whatever base herb that is outlawed  is a less than 500.00 fine –nothing if you have a great lawyer. Fuck em. What is happening to our rights in this country is a friggin travesty.
