Last Saturday, November 23, 2013 I had an order sent from FHI to me, an order of Fire!
So I am waiting and no package, tracking isn’t working, still no package, I am sure we’ve all been there before.
So I write to FHI and tell them , I can’t track it no package arrived? What do I do?
So yesterday they re send me the order no charge!
The reason for this post is to let everyone know how awesome they are as a vendor, they take care of their customers!
This was a POST OFFICE F…. Up! Not FHI, and they still re sent this to me!

FHI has excellent products, top-notch.
Good company for sure. Customer service where it needs to be. I wish their products had a better herbal base and a bit more staying power effects wise. Burns real fast, at least it did for me. And I found that the effects from even the strongest blend had a plateau that came rather quickly. For me, only a once or twice a day thing, and only if well spaced out between sessions. Otherwise I found that using more to try and regain effects was rather pointless. Just my experience though. Glad they rose again and are doing everything a good company should be doing. Some people may want something a little stronger but the important thing about FHI is that they never do customers wrong. My comments are merely about my own experience, which was still ultimately good. One of the few good ones still around. I really can’t say anything to knock these guys.

Same thing happened to me at the beginning of this month. I emailed them about it (on Sat. morning) and they shipped another package free of charge that day! They have A+ customer service for sure
