Hey, remember that Cambridge Analytical (and others) data breach class action suit, arount 2023? I just barely remember signing onto the lawsuit, and figured nothing would ever come of it.
As bad as I am about checking my email, I had to log into it to get a temp password and there was an email regarding the class action. Basically, it said "Hey we emailed you that your settlement was available a month ago and you haven't claimed it. What's wrong witchoo?" Ok, I embellished. I was gonna flush it as I do with unrecognized email addys, but verified it was true. Ten minutes later I had a virtual Visa card. Nothing major, just 35 bucks I didn't have before.
Anyway, don't know if anyone else signed on, but if you get the email just verify the sender is legit. I almost threw money away; I never do that.
