Hey guys,

Stopped by to say hello. Not much to update ya'll on…things are crazy here. The virus is taking over my town, literally. Two hospitals are at capacity and not accepting new patients of any kind. Elective procedures are cancelled. If you are ambulatory, you go home after care. If you have a small procedure and can convalesce at home, you go home and get home health visits.

My daycare reopened, and was only up and running a week before one of the kids tested positive and had exposed the entire school. DHEC shut them down. So far, 3 more kids and 2 teachers tested positive. I kept my kids home – I knew some of the other parents aren't taking this shit seriously and were just living it up, going to parties and taking no precautions. I feel bad for the families that got exposed, and mad as hell at the careless fucking assholes that don't give a crap about anyone but themselves.

I'm going a little stir crazy. I have only ventured out a few times for necessities, with a filtered mask on and resting bitch face to keep everyone at least 8 feet away from me. I've been in my house, in my backyard or front yard, or on a walk around the block…since St. Patty's Day.  That's it. Yes, I'm missing stuff – parties, celebrations, ect. But I'd rather miss a few than all of them.
