So a while back we had a thread about getting together for a weekend retreat or something like that. People responded to this idea but no one really tried. So of those of us who have vacation or can take time to come and live on the east coast (everyone welcome but it seemed like a majority were us in the dirty south) Now I used to organize monthly trips hiking and camping with about 20 people going every time. I have never organized anything via the internet but I would volenteer to get the info like place to go, expected cost and maybe making a map with pins to locate a central area. Pebz suggested the blue ridge mountains, which is only about 1.6 hours fron me and a great spot really. Thinking a cabin and I have a few tents and extra stuff for anyone who doesnt have any and couples could camp outside the cabin or inside. Im thinking if we did rent a cabin use a trusted person like swisha to handle funds and use a paypal to donate to the bill. Buy a bunch of groceries (usually for about 20 people if you make stuff like sandwiches comes to about 8 bucks for a weekend of food per person. Furthermore I would volenteer my address for any vendor who wants to send what they want to bring so they can either come the extra hour and pick it up or ill figure out a safe way to transport it the hour drive. That way our vendors wouldnt have to worrie about interstate trafficing or loosing a lot at once. Thoughts? Fools errand? Great idea? You decide. Im thinking fall so you guys could see the blue ridge mts in fall

I don’t know anything about Internet security, and yes the sky is falling. But i would wish for a more private mode of discussing this. Especially if you’re meeting at a state park etc.

Perhaps someone like acid can point us in a good direction for internet security. Im thinking private cabins would be better. Va is a hard state on possetion so keep that in mind too guys, maybe leaving the other stuff (ie dope coke whatever) and keep it to blends and alcohol. We dont want to all steadily serve together in jail as much fun as it would be haha. By giving ourselves a little planning time and we can do this. Think of the fun, music and blendage and have a late night chat from the fire with everyone on here if someone has a 4glte card. The areas the safest in the state if we do it right. The mts are pretty much just patrolled by state wildlife. I have camp stoves and all that gear I can bring if you fly in ( and if theres something you want we could do a group mail so you dont have to worry about flying with stuff. Possibly be able to mail it to the cabin too.

Andb since so many of us are on probation we would have enough time to get travel passes. Location is important for this so we can state the place on travel passes. And also im thinking everyone pitch in for a goodie bag for everyone to include stuff like ( I can make stash cans and would donate one to each, maybe if vendors want a small sampler pack, and if anyone can blow glass make like a little one hitter if its not really expensive or hard to do, if it was I volenteer to get a bunch of chillums) maybe even make a tshirt for price and put something like " you got some bawlz?! (A play on pebz but made legit by the drink) and something like everyones user name and "first annual .biz retreat" ? What do you guys think

Somewherev on the blue ridge parkway in Roanoke vally. Perhaps we can figure out a ride share system, like all our fl folks car pool or maybe drive halfway and meet someone and ride the rest of it with them ( ie you drive from fl to sc, from sc to me is ahout 4.5 hrs. But like I said if another place works im down. Where ever is closet to the majority of confirmed participants

I’ve just met a fellow Arkansan on here & know of a cpl more. What about Wakarusa?? I’ve been twice & once you get inside (slightly harrowing, no popo involved in any part of fest tho) there’s no worries. Now not saying it will always b safe every year! Snoop puffed so much bluntage had me rollin so fucking cool.
On a forum they call Waka the only place that no matter where you left from, it took 10 hrs to get there. So maybe it’s central to some of us…. And then I only have to drive a smidgen 😉 with my camper
