What y’all did not know was I got laid off may 31st after 18 years to the day, on that job. This was the first and only interview I have went on and still have not got unemployment. Glad to go to work Monday. Glad I hung on to that CDL license all these years. Local also.

Guy asked me what was my longest haul. I said I drove 18 straight hours to Omaha and back not stop each way. Lol. Drove 36 out of 54 hours. Before this string of accidents I had clean driving record. Lol. it was still clean enough to get a job driving a Truck

Did you keep two sets of logbooks? Just wondering lol.

Hours of service laws suck imo. I dropped my hazmat CDL several years ago. Stringent rules and I kept the hazmat for x-porting fumigants but rarely did that. All of the placarding and driving around major cities instead of through them..meh.

Good news and bad news.

Good news I passed the drug test and got me a job today. Had interview at 10am. Had job by 2. Will start Monday. Ok now the prizes will ship Saturday ,still with tracking folks. Sorry but I had to nail down this job folks. Yes shipping may take a little longer. But my customers are still the most important  to me. Prizes are already boxed up just had to get driving record from DMV at 4 on the second of the month.
