It is still a federal class 1 narcotic.  Obummer has made sure we all still know that.

I welcome the good publicity, but the Illinois system is very restrictive.  It is not very much progress and you can still be busted by any number of federal law enforcement agencies for possession. 

Only a full repeal of national prohibition, with unrestricted full legalization is acceptable.
