TGL will be installing an SSL soon. If you are unable to log in afterwards, then change your url to https://thegalaxylounge.org (link not ready yet)
Never use http://thegalaxylounge.org/index.php.
That is the link you go to after you are authenticated and that is why a lot of users get a 404 error when trying to log in until they hit refresh.
For now keep using http://thegalaxylounge.org
