The attack started sometime Sunday and our tough little forum persevered through a pretty harsh high bandwidth assault for a cpl days. Why we were hit remains a mystery (uhum).
I am glad we are here together in our new home for 2013 and beyond.
Let’s move on and not mention other forums going forward. We will be the place to come to for good talk, community spirit, and honest no bullshit reviews and opinions.
We have risen from the ashes and if we go down again, there are backups going on daily and I have hired a Ddos hosting service that we can transfer to in a matter of days.
I want to keep the forum where it is for now and I will do my best with help from any of you with forum experience to keep our forum secure starting by asking for a couple more moderators. We have 1 fine gentlemen now along with Italian Queen moderating the chat room. The moderators role here is more to keep spam bots and haters out than anything else.
