My problem is that the admin wants vendors to send him the samples first, rather than sending them directly to reviewers.  Why?

I just looked back to the first page sorry I’m talking bout  this so much, I guess since I actually do review there I feel a responsibility to represent it.

anyway you should know that the products are not shipped to our admin first, she just does the communicating with the companies, shes like a spokes person in that manner. so she does everythign to get it to use but handle it.

regardless of what people think of the site I do reviews on, I will not shill ever, and if a review is edited in some way that I don’t like and I can’t get it changed back I will let the people of spiced know as soon as I am aware of it. on a side note, I’ve had almost no intervention into my writing on the site, whats up right now is what I wrote, the one review with the sticks, I did disagree with a little, but in truth worm wood does have allot of nice potential in blends, this guy just didn’t get his into a powder so you hd to do that on your own first but that worm wood kicked a punch to absorbed allot of sprinkles and wasn’t that harsh when broken up.

I guess what people need to understand is the rating criteria we look at effects duration, and smell mostly, the texture and such of most of these kinds of blends is going to be very similar they’er mess production blends they use simple ingredients if it burns wel smells good and produces effects I find acceptable it will get  good rating, people I think are mad when I rate a company they don’t like or that looks seedy or w/e. I don’t refuse free samples neither would you and I’m not getting anything after I review that product, the thing I got for reviewing the product is the product, so if I get a shit blend I’m giving it a bad review there is no incentive for me to lie at all in fact the incentive to telling the truth about blends is that we become a reliable source from witch many people will visit and our popularity will rise meaning more free samples, in other words if I lie I actually hurt myself. when I get a really really nice blend like say midkights alert 6x "which should be added some time today btw as requested by midknight."  I try to express soem level of this guy is doing it right do it liek this, but  I know most bulk manufactures will always do it as stream line as possible and you know what that dosn’t mean it’s bad or deserves  lower rating necessarily, I have had "A LOT" of very good incense that was in a generic bag or mr.niceguy or  w/e and it didn’t mean the product was instantly sub par.. IDK I’m ranting at this point but seriously I don’t see the level of shilling going on that is being spoken of, I feel recently most reviews have been very accurate I wish peopel would buy the blends and see for themselves, before just saying we lie about everything. these reviews are subjective :

ok what I’m trying to say is these are reviews your looking through them to determine if a product is good or not, and what it’s particular qualities are. what I mean s if you think I’m just handing out ratings try the product out for your self if it’s some terrible stuff then I was obviously a shill and deserve death lol. the monitoring is necessary on hig so that posts implying things are for human consumption do not appear on the site, that would compromise all the vendors more than they needed to have been. some of the advertising I disagree with especially the newer one by incense today. aromaxscape and HIH however are good vendors the problem is pricing obviously, but this is because of the manufacture they both buy from galaxy blends, and others, basically these guys don’t make their own stuff they buy fro someone who only sells to vendors and they then sell that, except that galaxy blends and bc blends charges a lot, enough that the prices translate to what you end up paying. it’s silly and detrimental buy the blends are excellent. so yeah I agree a lot of these vendors charge a lot but the rating is based on the product itself not it’s pricing, pricing can get it’s own rating but is not a real comment on the quality of the blend. lastly I know you don’t claim to be credible or some "official reviewer, you got not reputation to build, I actually have to build a reputation and such because I want my real honest review out there I literally do this so that people know what products are good and yes so I can maintain my hobby nothing wrong with that.. just give this a little think, if they send me a bad product they know I will give a bad review so you ask why there are few bad reviews on the site.. the vendors send out products they think are the best so it’s highly likely they will be doing that, and it’s there for makes sense that most reviews are positive.

Forest I’ve agreed with all that you’ve said so far but do you really believe that the blend galaxy products are good or worth those prices? I’ve tried several of the blend galaxy products and they just do absolutely nothing for me. I just do not know what the fuss is about. To me it didn’t even feel like they were using noids at all. What was your experience with the blend galaxy products? Not trying to sound rude at all. Just wonder what you felt with these blends.

the top 4 are the ones you want they are probably the most worth the money, of the top 4 they are very very strong imho these 4 would effect any t level they did for all 6 of the people I tested with many are hard heads. but lets say solar cherry soda and I believe I gave that one a bit lower for a score when I did review that, it’s probably not gonna be effective for a lot of people. also one last thign when did you try these blends 3 months ago they where reformulated, to evade the upcoming ban, older stuff I have no idea about. so the oen most worth wht they chage for it is fubar I really think if your gonna buy one from them that the one…. oh BTw the 4 mentioned are hydro blast, trippy hippy, comatose and fubar… hydroblast and fubar are best best and of similar strength but fubar is just lightly stronger.

when I say buy it, I mean if your going to say my product reviews are false, you better have bought the same exact product or products from the same manufacturer and had it not work for you, or your comment was useless and I don’t want to here it. yeah I’m furious, custom was the only vendor that hasn’t given me a sample that I’ve asked for ever, not even one other rejection. -_- I think I asked them once on facebook, I really did hear they where shit if they’er not and people want me to, I will do  review of them, no one has ever really requested anything before. the only reason I don’t buy more is because I buy at shops round here, the only online stuff I get is through HIG and my own looking around a bit. and yeah I probably talk about getting these samples in alot of threads.. threads where people are talking about these products and I chime in to say I will be able to tell you bout these products in detail soon.
