Ok so this last 7 or 8 days I have been using Enhanced Kratom Powder.

Now I love the tea of course, but this enhanced extract powder etc was amazing.

Basically my Kratom tea recipe is real easy:

(– Before brewing the kratom, Soak in Lime juice 1 hour to 2 hours –)
This will potentiate the Kratom Tea effects, and it works really well!

1. Crushed Leaf Kratom – your choice, I would say Malay, or Thai, or Bali
2. I put 2 1/3 tablespoons of leaf into a stainless steel pan
3. boil lightly for about 15 minutes
4. strain with a metal strainer
5. add sugar, ice, honey to sweeten
6. mix and drink quickly within 5 minutes I wouldn’t drag it out to much longer

So there is my potentiated Kratom Leaf Tea Recipe !

I buy lightly enhanced PL, usually. Works well for me. 😀

Good point, tibbs. Can use lemon as well as lime. I do prefer the lime, though.

I use fresh lemons/limes.

I then put about 5.5g’s of PL powder (usually lightly enhanced) into a small measuring cup and squeeze in lime and stir until I get icky green lime kratom sludge.
The kratom sludge sits for a while (an hour, 2, 3, whatever) – then goes in a pot with simmering water for 15 min. Strain and done. 😀

As I said, pretty much exactly what AXA posted. LOL

Can use alcohol for leaching the alkaloids too.  Seems to be woking well as an infusion. Though ive been pre-making my next dose & stickng it in the fRidge for hours. Using vodka (sorry tibs!!!) & tonic, the quinine is supposedly a potentiator. Also using acerola berry from Meridian for vitamin c.

though I think the main advantage here is the long steep in the fridge.

lol. It’s Ok Avoca , I used to make Kratom Vodka Infusions all the time. Blend infusions, Mary infusions..I once stuffed a Twinkie into a bottle of Tvarsky Vodka to make a Twinkie flavored drink..

The Kratom Works incredibly. They synergize each other nicely . not so much with the Twinkie . I miss drinking. But a lot less now that I am over a month dry..

drinking just had that instant warm happy glow that could make any pain , or depression go away in seconds..I wish I was one of those people that can moderate their drinking and drink just a few drinks a night or one weekends…I have one sip of vodka and the next thing I know I am somewhere, surrounded by empty Vodka jugs , probly naked, possibly drenched in pee..sometimes vomit. Good times..

Super huge props to you tibs. A month, wow, you’re kicking vodkas ass. So hard to do, congratulations and heres to better health as a consequence. Best of luck!

I think Kratom might replace weed for my favorite all time drug. Wish I was on this shit awhile back. Been taking it daily with absolutely no need to increase doses, and have gone 2 weeks + daily and taken a week or two off with no withdrawal effects. Of course body chemistry is different and I exercise 45min+ everyday so that probably helps. I’m not depressed anymore, I get work done, I’m social, and I’m overall a nicer and friendlier person. Thanks for the recommendation again avoca.

That being said what are x’ers opinions on:

-the best strain for sleeping
