Used 4 grams green vein and dumped a cpl gelcaps of cats claw too. Used honey. Took a gelcap of the cayenne 10 min b4 eating. Took me about 20 min to eat, around phonecalls etc. Was feeling it by the last bite (maybe just the claw…). No one asked why I was eating a green sammy either lol. Been an hour now and feeling Grrrrrreat!

Yes my sammy tasted great, noticed the herbs only once or twice. Going on 5 hrs now, this plant is amazing.
I’ll have to see about the pics at home on laptop guys, can’t figure how to send to swisha from my phone! Too bad kratom don’t make us geniuses huh lol

I rocked a sammy today as well. Added 4-5g malaysian to a PB&J on potato bread. Overall tasted OK, but it had its moments :o. Washed it down with a 4g toss & wash of ashwagandha root powder. Right about now I am feelin fiiiiiiiine  :rock: :horns up

The pics. That’s the cayenne pill in the baggy. Turned the PB dark. Planning on saying it’s vegimite (sp?), no one likes that either so they shouldn’t ask for bite..

Overall I use herbs / magnesium to stay straight @ work during day and go once @night.

I’m ready to bake tonigh with kratom. Can one get it too hot?, I’m afraid I’ll bake out the goodies.  Are there any tips in general? Maybe we should start a new thread…

I don’t think you will destroy any of the kratom goodness. Just following the brownie recipe.  I add it all together in the beginning and blend.

You may not be impressed with your subox tolly (if you have any tolly to opiates) but it’s worth a shot.
