The AZ panel said they got some of their info on kratom from petition comments. The petitions carry no weight but they will deliver your comment to the lawmakers. In tHis way you personally spicer can yes sir have an impact. Even little old us has a chance of getting heard!!!

Alcohol is a lot more dangerous than a lot of illegal substances, but the problem is that its so ingrained into society that no one blinks an eye at it. Not that it should be illegal mind you. But thats not gonna sway any anti weed/kratom/whatever politicians because that argument has been around for awhile.

i had no idea kratom was illegal at all lol I thought that was under the radar of LE….i swear to god the government catches wind of anyone getting high on anything and they ban it instantly. Pisses me off. all they do is make it go into the blackmarket and deaths start happening from gang violence over it. Just like blends are now sold in dark alleyways and on corners in citys like reading and philly. They got trap houses filled with the stuff and cement mixers makin it. and people are getting killed over it now thanks to the feds and state authorities. Why don’t they realize just to leave it alone.
Not 100% sure on this, but I believe a lot of states banned it when they started to ban spice and salvia. After a while the Feds just grouped everything together and figured it was all the same.
