Seriously, in netiquitte, caps are used for emphasis and when you trying to show anger or excitement.  All caps and overuse of caps is sort of rude, it is hard to read, and it demonstrates a lack of concern for others. 
It is a get along sort of thing to play by the rules of the game.  I thought you seemed like a nicer person.

IMO, It is honestly a little hard to read for me, but thats just my vision when I read sometimes, I dont feel like your necessarily yelling when you type in caps, some people just like to. I’m tired of the hate mail. First off, let me say although I appreciate your input, threatening me is pointless, misplaced agression and I largely ignore threats.  I am not picking on anyone in particular, I am trying to help the forum and everyone in it. Shouting at people is unreasonable in most cases. It raises the case that standard text should carry to bully a reader. This is not acceptable in a civilized cybersphere.
It does not matter what form of internet communication you are using, shouting is not acceptable. There are caveats and exceptions. Subject lines, headings, and advertisements are often in all capital letters for readability reasons.
No one likes to be yelled at, but every once in a while you have to shout at someone to get their attention. Therefore, using all caps is bad netiquette because it’s shouting, but is acceptable for certain reasons.
It is acceptable for website heading to be in all caps, but not personal messages. All Caps is popular on classified advertising and auction websites because it is a good way to make your ad stand out. I do not recommend responding to ads with all caps.

Netiquette
It proper netiquette to refrain from using all capital letters, ‘all caps’, in internet communication because it is unacceptable to yell at people in a civilized society or cybersphere. Do not digitally disrespect others by using all caps. It is rude.

It isnt hard and it makes for a more civil and ultimately more pleasant experience for everyone if you play by the rules.  You can, of course, say anything you want or act in any manner you wish but if you want peeps to take you seriously or give a crap about what you say, it is better to at least attempt to get along.

I was not criticizing you ngls.  I was merely trying to defend iq cause from my point of view they is a lot worse things than a lady using caps locks.  Sorry if I offended you or if I was out of line.
