Cruisers?

Sport bikes?

Supersport Bikes?

Mopeds?

I’m selling my last two bikes and leaving the hobby behind me.

I have an old 1982 Triumph Motorcycle , I use it on weekends..it is almost ready to retire.

I had a newer Honda but had to sell it because the insurance was wayy too high on it.

Just waiting for my dad to get too old to ride them I have his Harley 1949 pan head, but for now the 1967 triumph 650 is what I’m rebuilding as we speak. The casings on the pan head cracked its gonna be like a 1500 dollar fix so that def outta commission for a while. When I have time to go to the garage I’ll def take some pics for you guys

Sweet ride!  You might be better off looking for a used part–even good repairs of this kind are sorta weak.

Only thing is both bikes have 100% original parts with documentation to prove it. So no matter what were paying out the ass for replacement parts. You ride out to sturgis ever? Maybe when I get these fuckers up and running again we can take a ride through the black hills. Theresa a local bike club and my dad ride with we would love to have you ride with us

2008 Suzuki GSXR-600  :weinerwiggle:

I’d love to ride with a bunch of sport bikes.
This place would be sweet too (one day!)

I have a cruiser an 03 harley sporty.  From what I hear I’m glad I didn’t wind up with the 883 engine
Years ago I had a Moto Guzzi 850 eldorado. It was short on power compared with many bikes but I
loved it until one day, that was the day I fell asleep riding to work. I never made it to that job again, either

Dam jones that is scary shit bro..

I find substituting the word Exciting for Scary to be less scary tho
Yes, it was exciting,  & the head injury that put me back into a state of mind matching my teenage years (13) was interesting too.
Fortunately my intense anger brought me back to reality in just a couple of months. I hear some folks with severe head injuries need
a string to guide them to the bathroom, even in their own homes. I find the anger to be a double edged sword, it can build or destroy &
often will do both.
Anyhow I had made a promise to quit riding, due to the near death ride/crash. And I did stop riding for about 20 years too. I got the HD
from a friend a few years ago & I have had to kick out my leg enough times now to know those old dirtbike riding lessons that keep ya from
dropping the bike (kick out at the ground while twisting back on the throttle, thus arighting the impending doom) never do go away. I am
glad my body at least has learned some lessons my mind might’ve forgot.

I use to be a daily rider years ago back when I was 18. My only transpo in SW FL was my bitchin 93 ninja zk6-e    Loved that damn thing…All black, even had the matching helmet and "mirror" lens. Bad ass, miss that thing but gave it to a buddy who turned it into a drag bike cause some old bitch pulled out in front of me when I was doing prob 70 or so….Fucked me all up, had to be air lifted and in hospital for 6 days.. Now I have a fucked up wrist and titanium plat for a chin so I don’t ride anymore, too scared to die….I should have died that time and many others but was lucky…

Really really do miss riding and the speed.  Fastest I’ve gone is 155 and if you ride, you know damn well just 100 is pretty fucking wicked!

Fuck me, I miss the sound of this…. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eI_-Ur2pVKo   Buddy I bought it from bored out the exhaust so it was more intense and my friends said they could hear me coming a mile down the road!

My wreck was my fault & I never did lose my love for cycling. As soon as my promise had been honored I bought another bike.
One nice thing is in my area folks are very careful about bikes. I only rarely ride in traffic, I’m not sure I would want to…
One thing about a cruiser is it prolly won’t exceed 100mph & I don’t drive crazy accause how can you stop in time when some
dumbass pulls out in front of you?

I see guys who ride their bikes on one wheel while passing me when I’m doing 85 on the freeway
I see guys who are far older than I am & they are never riding like that.
Seems simple to find a happy medium, for me.
