Gold Rush blend nodded me the fook out. Felt the impact on the first draw; second draw and BAM drool on the carpet. The latest generation of noid seems to have a sedating effect (for me anyway). I wish there was a current gen blend that still had the "fun" aspect to it. For watching a movie, listening to music, creativity, etc. I am thinking that should be a modification to the review template. If I read of our members perceiving that old good time feel from a blend or partake of a sample that delivers such, I will be back in the game. For now, I am on another extended tolerance break and have no inclination to blend. I will wait and see. Maybe mj will become legal first; someone remind me occasionally to sweep the cobwebs and dust from my countenance. :-

Totally agree with Orthene.
Most blends nowadays are nod heavy, very sedative like, kind of an opiate feel sometimes. I want to go back to the good old days when you didn’t nod out as much. Nowadays most every blend I find will pretty much have that sedative nod feeling, sometimes more than not.
The nodding to me usually happens late at night, so maybe I’m just tired out from a long day but I have had tired nodding issues during the day time as well.
On the older blends before log jam, if you took more than a few puffs and maybe overdid it you would get elevated heart rate and know it was time to put it down. Now on todays blends, you won’t even really be high yet off your session and you begin to nod. It’s tough, you will take a few puffs and feel fine, not very buzzed, then go for one or two more and you’ll just fall asleep not long after. Like wtf happened?
It’s not really a fun feeling nodding, I don’t mind it if it’s late at night and I want to hit the sack, but it happens way too frequently.
I wish their was more of a way to avoid nodding, I’ve tried caffeine, energy drinks on blends, doesn’t help sometimes.
I still have fun on blends when using, but not as much as I used to, their was more of a fun aspect to the old RC’s imo like Orthene says, the new ones are very sedative like and not anything like the old JWH or THC we all know and love.
