sorta..I started using it last night. Hence the post. Lol..

it creates a heat that relaxes the muscles and it numbs the outer skin. But a heating pad does the same…and it can be very uncomfortable at times. and very hard to get off once it starts burning too bad…be carefull how much you use and don’t reapply for a while..it can take 30 mind for the full burn to grow..i used some on my neck last night and was Very sorry..burnt me up..took a long time to wash it off and then I needed a icepack for an hour..i will try more today..but so far heating pad is better..

capsacin works best for pain orally. taken without a gel cap.

If it doesn’t burn in your mouth going down, your stomach doesn’t make the correct enzymes to process it…… and you end up with ulcer pain. no fun.

Also: the higher on the coville scale, the better to works for pain relief.

The hotter the pepper the better the brain/pain response.

Sounds more like Ben Gay
I hear it really helps with the "wake up" if ya brush your teeth with it

Tibs, any recommendations for a heating pad that is a decent price? I’m looking for one on days where I feel a bit beat up after weight lifting
