I’ve used both and actual Psyllium husk work WAY better for me than the Branded stuff (Metamucil) – You can get it any health vitamin store. They even sell it at Trader Joes in the vitamin/health section. 😀

I actually mix 1 Tablespoon into some pulp free orange juice. Twice per day. You can’t tell the difference between the Psyllium Husk and Orange Juice pulp… so it makes it REALLY easy to drink if you like pulpy juice  :smokin:

TD’s is my favorite store. You know it’s owned by Aldis Inc?

My health depends on fiber, it’s tough with my damaged teeth, but I eat whole wheat pizza, I used to eat 100 grams of fiber a day, now I’m down to 30 due to my weight loss, teeth, etc.

Quite honestly, wheat is bad for you.

Hyoscyamine is a chemical in datura/moonflower /jimson weed. One can make a tea of a leaf or 2 and say 10 seeds, will make you sleep like baby. Much more material though & one gets into delirium territory. As I’m sure you psychonauts know datura is to be given the ultimate respect.

I do not use datura recreationally. But if I was you guys, Acid/IQ, I would experiment with the plant medicinally. At sub recreational doses. Start with no more than like 1 leaf and 5 seeds, boil 10 min. Nastiest thing you’ll ever taste. Sleep like baby, mild narcotic, vivid dreams.

Of course, this is assuming you’ve picked your datura already & it’s drying from the fall lol. I guess you can’t just buy datura. Maybe from bouncing bear etc… I do have some material from years past I keep on hand.

DONT USE DATURA!

it was in the original version of a lot o first gen blends. Real 1st gen…..

it will hurt you

made me soo sick

All Datura plants contain tropane alkaloids such as scopolamine, hyoscyamine, and atropine, primarily in their seeds and flowers. Because of the presence of these substances, Datura has been used for centuries in some cultures as a poison and as a hallucinogen.[2][4] There can be a 5:1 toxin variation between plants, and a given plant’s toxicity depends on its age, where it is growing, and the local weather conditions. This variation makes Datura exceptionally hazardous as a drug.

In traditional cultures, a great deal of experience with and detailed knowledge of Datura was critical to minimize harm.[2] Many tragic incidents result from modern recreational users ingesting Datura. For example, in the 1990s and 2000s, the United States media contained stories of adolescents and young adults dying or becoming seriously ill from intentionally ingesting Datura.[5][6] There are also several reports in the medical literature of deaths from D. stramonium and D. ferox intoxication.[7][8][9] Children are especially vulnerable to atropine poisoning, and their prognosis is likely to be fatal.[10][11]

In some parts of Europe and India, Datura has been a popular poison for suicide and murder. From 1950 to 1965, the State Chemical Laboratories in Agra, India, investigated 2,778 deaths caused by ingesting Datura.[2][12]

:goodpost
Datura is used for rape and murder, it’s an awful drug. Does not help with much things.. Scolopamine only helps a select few.

Witches used datura, put it on end of broomstick & up their hoohahs, bam, flying Witches. was also used to poison ppl into a stupor so they could be robbed or whatever evil intention.

If one eats 30 seeds, one gets sick/delirious hallucinations to where you’re not aware you’re hallucinating?… Scurrrry shit indeed.

I however have used my recipe many many times just to go to sleep. And also smoked datura leaf is beneficial to the lungs & used to be included in commercial cigarettes. But of course one doesn’t want to smoke datura all frigging day long so that’s not such a good idea. But I will smoke a leaf/dozen seeds once in awhile.

Come on guys, it’s Avoca here, I’m pushing 4 decades & zero hospital visits / public freak outs / jail cells. Knocking on some major fucking wood there my friends. But yes, it’s possible like with anything to either use datura medicinally or poison yourself.

Acid already uses the other major component of datura, hyoscyamine, in prescription form/price. But if it’s something needed everyday I would stick with Rx to avoid excessive scopalamine. It didn’t sound like a daily though.. .

Good looking out. But no worries I’m sure IQ and Acid know about proper dosing being key to getting benefits or sick.
