I remember between mj & blends, I took that very hard after 20 year daily. I was feeling particularly enlightened on misery one day.
There are ppl in this world that live for power. They get the same body system response to power over another, as other ppl get from compassion. I’m sure not technically but you know what I’m saying.

I used to hate & struggle against ppl like this. But during my mj goodbye (sniff) I think I reached that low. To actually be so miserable that to feel power was about all I had left.

That to give up all hope for happiness, to give up all hope for love – – – this is what it would take for me to enjoy power at any cost.

These ppl need an iboga session I truly believe. At least in the chance it could save their soul. To experience that flip of the switch. And I think in the same way but maybe to a lesser degree, it’s true for most everyone.

I’m not sure if all the "it causes early onset schizophrenia in people with a predisposition" talk was all lies to fuel the drug war or if it could actually be true. Either way I wouldn’t mess with psychedelics if you have a history of mental disorders like schizophrenia.

I miss the occasional ‘cid night of expanded consciousness and having my mind opened like every preconceived notion carried no weight.
Now I overthink everything.
I delete half of what I write before hitting post.
This almost didn’t make it!

I am not fading out.

It feels good to be running from the devil
Another breath and I'm up another level
It feels good to be up above the clouds
It feels good for the first time in a long time now

I don’t know.  I know a couple peeps who have dropped acid over 100 times.  I think it changed them–no, I’m certain it changed them.

Maybe potent hallucinogens don’t increase the risk of mental health issues by the standards or criteria of that study, but i know for certain there are risks, psychological as well as emotional.  The astral plane isn’t for everyone.

I am no professional  but I have had extended bouts of depression after An acid trip that lasted months. That happened a few times. But then again I have had several trips that lead to weeks of positive Emotions. But either way it monkeys with your baseline emotions afterward one way or another..

Depends on the substance-salvia can be terrifying-but throws off my depression for 7-10 days-mushrooms do the same  . Acid does not seem to have those good residuals for me .MDMA also good treatment for my PTSD but only if used every so often. Does change you psychologically- but for me that has been a +.(so far)

There are  2 kinds of justice in ‘Merika- One for the peeps and the sheeps-
And one for the creeps at the top of the heap……….

I knew a dude who used to take extreme amounts of lsd, morning glory seeds, shrooms whatever he could get,
I used to work with himn & if someone asked him a question it would take at least a minute for him to answer.
Saw him years later & how he had changed! The long hair & raggedy clothes were gone & he had a new higher paying
job & had quit taking psychadelics. I think that most of what the stuff does short term will be repaired in the long term.
I do recall meeting someone in a wheelchair 30 years ago, he had a nurse & was unable to speak or do anything for him-
self. It was said that he never came back from his last acid drop. He was a real party downer….
