Preemies are so fragile and it is so pathetic.  It is heartbreaking to be around them.  Fortunately a lot of premature babies are making it these days, but I don’t envy the parents–it is going to be a lot, a ton, of worries and fears.

thank you all for the encouraging words & prayers!! i havent gotten to talk to my cousin yet to see how things are as of now. its hard to catch her when theyre at the hospital. its gonna be a long process & its gonna take patience. im glad that hes taking his feedings a little better. im glad that we have facebook so we can see all the cute pictures of him. she takes them by the daily. lol. hes got a full head of hair. hes so cute!! ill have to see about getting a picture to share with yall. again.. thnak you all so VERY much for keeping baby mason in your thoughts!

[: probably the end of this month ill be down there. he probably wont be home by then though. : i didnt get a chance to call & talk with her tonight. but hopefully tomorrow we will hear more on how things are going. aint he cute yall?? cant wait to spoil him!

[: i tried to get a hold of her yesturday but she mustve been busy with him. granny said theyre gonna operate on him tomorrow due to the heart memoir. unless things change by then which we ALL hope does. hes just so small.. to have to go through surgery so soon. im glad he wont remember any of this! poor little fella. ]:

I know how hard surgery is on the parents when their kids have to have it. I had to have surgery at 5 months, and again at 5 years. Granted it wasnt this young, so I can only imagine how hard it is for the parents if it was damn near impossible for my parents… Best wishes babe!!
